Fer­ment­ed with mod­er­ate whole clus­ter inclu­sion. The nose is bright rasp­ber­ry with notes of men­thol and cur­rant. The palate entry is juicy ripeness with firmer red rasp­ber­ry fruit and min­er­al dry­ness in the core fin­ish­ing with notes of cedar and sap, it shows beau­ti­ful length and finesse.
